What is an Exploratory Dialogue?
The Exploratory Dialogue is a structured conversation between a CEO (and sometimes others on the executive team) and the advisor. This conversation serves several purposes:

  1. Identifying the CEO’s envisioned future for the organization and the barriers that may be inhibiting the organization from realizing that vision.
  2. Understanding the relative strengths of the organization and the dangers and opportunities facing the organization.
  3. Highlighting how the TuneUp™ and The CEO Advantage™ process help the CEO and the executive team overcome the barriers and make progress toward their envisioned future.
