As a licensed CEO Advantage™ advisor, John serves as a business advisor who helps CEOs and executive teams create smart, healthy organizations that achieve great results. John began his marketing communications career in 1973 with DDB Needham. In 1978, he invested $3,000 in his own marketing and communications consulting business and led its growth into three markets (Washington, Oregon, and California) before selling his interest in 1998. During this time, he and his wife operated Designer Woodworks, a contracting firm which they sold in 2008. Having worked with dozens of local, national, and international clients in various industries, John believes that return on investment directly correlates to the alignment of all organizational functions with a smart and healthy leadership team. He enjoys sharing his experience and insight to help companies move toward this ideal. John is a Northern Michigan University business graduate, Army veteran, and former adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington. He has also served on the regional and national boards of several organizations. |
