Bob is President of The Kittle Group, a business advising firm that helps middle market organizations with long term strategic thinking and execution. He draws from more than 25 years of business leadership experience, including 12 years at Takata Corporation. As VP of Sales and Marketing, Bob helped triple Takata's sales, transforming the company from a niche seatbelt supplier to one of the world's largest automotive safety system providers. Bob also spent seven years with AlliedSignal's safety restraints group and five years as a customer relations representative for Chrysler. Bob is very active with civic duties. He is a Council Member in Auburn Hills, MI and a Planning Commissioner and Board Member for the Traffic Improvement Association of Oakland County, Michigan. Bob holds an Associate's Degree in Industrial Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baker College. He lives in Auburn Hills, Michigan with his wife, Jan, and daughters, Grace and Claire. |
