Chris believes leadership team alignment is the key to effective strategy execution. Thus, he specializes in helping top executives with one of their toughest challenges: building strong leadership teams. Since 1995, Chris has advised the leaders of many large, mid-size, and small companies in a wide range of industries from both the public and private sectors. Prior to that, he was a senior level executive at IBM and a corporate officer at Kelly Services. He was also President and Owner of Renaissance Executive Forums of Michigan. He currently serves on the Detroit Golf Club Board of Directors. Chris served six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the United States International University in San Diego, California. |
