As a licensed CEO Advantage™ advisor, Ben serves as a business advisor who helps CEOs and executive teams create smart, healthy organizations that achieve great results. Ben has enjoyed a diverse career in leading growth-oriented companies and managing turnarounds. Most recently, he served as CEO at three manufacturing companies: Hubbardton Forge, LLC, Chromcraft Revington, Inc., and Gravograph New Hermes. Prior to that, Ben held various leadership roles at Sunrise Medical, including President of the Global Business Group. Earlier, Ben held management and marketing roles at GE Lighting, Black & Decker Home Products, and Rubbermaid Home Products. Today, Ben is the founder of Trinitas Advisors LLC and a board member at two privately held companies. Ben and his wife, Susan, are deeply involved in philanthropic efforts, including Opportunity International, a nonprofit organization that provides small loans to entrepreneurs in 28 developing nations. They also helped start San Diego Social Venture Partners. Ben has Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Horticulture from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He currently resides in Vermont. |
